SAQ/FITNESS

MOR Football offer SAQ fitness sessions which focus on the development of an individuals speed, agility and quickness. SAQ training activities are designed to offer many benefits that will consist of increasing muscular power in linear, and horizontal movements. It also increases the body spatial awareness, motor skill and reaction time, all of which are fundemental elements which are required in football and many other sports
All sessions are delivered by FA Licensed Coaches

Sessions are 45 minutes and priced a £5 per session
Venues will vary throughout the year
